  • Minimum Sum Assured : NRs. 50,000/- per member
    • Loading for sum assured less than minimum:
      • 35,000 - 49,999: NRs. 0.50
      • 20,000 - 34,999: NRs. 1.00
      • 10,000 - 19,999: NRs. 2.00
  • Maximum Basic Sum Assured : NRs. 2,000,000/- per member
  • Mode of Premium Payment : Annual
  • Premium Rebate ( Group Size) (in PRT):
    • 251 to 500 : Nrs. 0.50
    • 501 to 1,000 : NRs. 1.00
    • 1,001 and above : NRs. 2.00
  • Declaration of Personal Good health : Compulsory
  • Accidental Benefit : Available Up to Nrs. 50,00000/-

Critical Illness Benefit (18 Diseases)  :  This rider is available after paying additional premium.

18 Diseases :-

1. Cancer of Specified Severity.   

2. Kidney failure requiring Regular dialysis. 

3. Multiple Sclerosis with persisting symptoms.

4. Major organ/Bone Marrow transplants(as recipient).

5. Open Heart Replacement or Repair of Heart valves.

6. Open chest CABG ( Coronary Artery by-pass graft ).

7. Permanent paralysis of Limbs.

8. Myocardial infarction ( First Heart Attack of specific Severity).

9. Stroke Resulting in Permanent Symptoms.

10. Benign Brain Tumor.

11. Alzheimer's Disease.

12. Coma of specified severity.

13. End Stage Liver failure.

14. Parkinson's disease.

15. Aorta Graft surgery.

16. Third degree burns.

17. Deafness.

18. Loss of speech.

The conditions are as follows:

  • Maximum sum assured for this riders is NRs. 50,00,000/- or basic sum assured which ever is lower.
  • Maximum age of life assured, under this rider, up to which benefits of rider are available is age 60 (last birthday).
